Digital Products

As digital illustration services involve custom work created specifically for each client, all commissions are considered final upon delivery. Digital files cannot be returned in the traditional sense, as they are delivered electronically and immediately accessible.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis:

• If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be available
• If work is in progress, a partial refund may be considered based on completed work
• After final delivery, refunds are generally not available unless there are exceptional circumstances

Revision Process

Standard commission packages include revision rounds to ensure client satisfaction. We encourage clients to provide feedback during the sketch and rendering phases to address any concerns before final delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a commission before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellation terms will depend on the stage of completion and will be discussed on an individual basis.
